I just wanted to write something very brief. Sometimes it is really important to acknowledge the work of good people.

We publish an excellent Fatigue Prevention Education Program that comprises 6 audio CD's and 12, full color, 4 page Newsletters. It is important to us that this media be published and delivered at a very high quality. Anything less, we believed, would detract from the genuine quality of the content.

We needed to find people who had reverence for what we were trying to do and who were prepared to give that little bit extra to ensure that our product would arrive with our clients with the standard of presentation that matched the quality of the message contained, and the expectation of our clients.

The two main partners we relied on the most were Tango Productions, our design partners and Printall, our Printers. We are ecstatic with the outcomes.

I want to take this a little further. Damian Royle at Printall rang me and asked for the job. He wanted to take it on and deliver for us. He stayed in touch with me all the way and made sure that the product was delivered on time and with the care we wanted. He was brilliant. He will continue to do all of this work now and with the way the program is being taken up, he will be busy. But I know I can relax, knowing our needs are being cared for.

And the price was incredible. Good service at the right price is something you can never complain about.
