I work so hard to make sure we have the right systems, processes, compliance and team members to be able to give the level of service I’ve also wanted to provide to our clients. I’ve built a trusted and safe insurance company for clients, and my stats and reviews don’t lie?!

We can all say we’ve done this, we’re doing that, we are the best… But when you have the figures and feedback to back it up, you know your doing the right thing and growing something special!

I’m always conscious of our persistencies, something I’m regularly checking and keeping on top of, and it shows the level of detail we go to in order to protect our clients and our brand!

Updates and discussions with our insurers allows me to understand how they see us! Insurers look at us in lots of detail; type of clients, processes, type of business placed, if we use the pre-underwriting services provided, cancellation rates, missed DD’s, type of clients, age, gender, job status, average earnings, postcodes, sum assured offered, terms offered, multi benefits… etc.
