In the span of six years, from 2017 to 2023, I embarked on a journey that allowed me to explore and learn about the IT channel and how best to cater to the needs of small businesses. This adventure led me to more than 26 different cities and states across the United States. Starting in 2017, I attended Channel Con in Austin, Texas, where I immersed myself in the latest advancements and trends in the IT industry. The following year, I spent an insightful week in Sarasota, Florida, dedicating myself to obtaining certification on our Partner Star2Stars cloud phone system.

Continuing my quest for knowledge and growth, I ventured to the vibrant city of New Orleans in 2018 to attend the prestigious Intelisys super 9 event. It was an incredible experience, surrounded by industry experts and like-minded individuals, exchanging ideas and gaining valuable insights.

The excitement did not stop there; in 2019, I found myself in the bustling city of Las Vegas, attending the XChange event. This event brought together IT professionals from all corners of the country, fostering networking opportunities, and providing a platform to discuss emerging technologies.

From there, my journey took me to the vibrant city of New York, where an Intelisys event awaited. It was a remarkable opportunity to connect with industry leaders and gain a deeper understanding of the IT landscape. Then, I made my way to IT by Design for a leadership conference, where I honed my skills and expanded my knowledge base.

But the adventure was not limited to these major cities. I explored the wonders of Indiana, San Antonio, Orlando, Nashville, Boston, and Fort Lauderdale. Each location presented unique cultural aspects and served as a backdrop for new opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Throughout this incredible journey, I absorbed a wealth of knowledge, built meaningful connections, and gained a comprehensive understanding of the IT channel's intricacies. Armed with these experiences, I returned home, ready to serve small businesses with enhanced expertise and a dedication to deliver tailored IT solutions.
