Do you Trust yourself?

This week I want you to monitor and pay attention to how often you trust yourself.

Trusting ourselves seems to be one of the hardest things for us to do (consistently).

We are intuitive beings.We know when it's time to create change.

We know when it's time to pivot.

We know when it's time to stay the course or when it's time to jump ship.

We know.

We just choose not to trust.

Instead, we listen to other voices in our head or wait for the validation of other's and their opinions.

We listen to everyone and everything but ourselves--our true selves.

So how do we do it? How do we strengthen our self-trust?

Well, it's a muscle that we have build and practice.

I want you to consider this: When you feel that nudge to do something, how quickly can you listen, acknowledge and take action toward what you feel/what you know to be true?

Do you move quickly or wait for another sign?

Do you give yourself credit, where credit is due?

Do you acknowledge all that you've been through, the lessons learned, the growth and trust that you can make a good decision from where you are right now?

Or do you doubt yourself, play down your capabilities and your knowingness?

No matter how you answered the questions above, we can all continue to build our trust muscles.

Your challenge this week: trust yourself a little bit more.

When you get an intuitive hit, act on it right then and there, no questions asked.

When you find yourself playing small in your knowledge, feelings or experience pivot to power and own your power.? No questions asked.


If you want to take this work further, here are a few journal prompts:

1. When was the last time you trusted yourself fully? What was the result?

2. What was your last nudge? Did you act on it or did you ignore it? What was the result?

5 Affirmations on Trust (you should repeat daily!):

  1. I am deeply grounded in trust.
  2. I trust that I make good decisions.
  3. I trust that I am enough.
  4. I trust that my abilities to achieve anything I desire.
  5. I trust myself.


Remember, you know more than you give yourself credit for. You have everything you need within to have an amazing week ahead!

Take a deep breathe in. Trust and Release.
