Just because we can't see what's next, doesn't mean that we're in any way stalled.Be optimistic by nature even though you are kicked up by some of your fearful thinking. It means they need to be dealt with now.
You don't need platitudes or quick fixes, you just need the truth.
Dare to believe the best, when you have no proof of an uncertain future.
When you run, make sure your running towards something you clearly want-instead of away from your fears, your past & your feelings.
There's so many self-help tools, books, and memes to obsess on that so that you can end up becoming a self-improvement data collector, and never get much done.Practice implementing the wisdom you've been collecting without adding too much more to your plate.
You don't need to isolate yourself to do this, but you may have to cut back on your habit of asking for input from others.Share your thoughts & feelings with your fam so that you're still investing in some form of your relationships.Do believe in karma.
Just trust yourself.
