Trust yourself!

Do you know that a bird sitting on a branch of a tree, never worries about the possibility for the branch to break down!

Why is that so?

The bird is not relying on the strength of the branch, rather it's ability to fly. It trust the capability of its wings.

There’s no one more important to trust than yourself. If you are a parent or a leader you have the responsibility to instil the notion of self-confidence in your children or teams.

Trusting yourself can build up your confidence, make it easier for you to make decisions, and reduce your stress levels. It is applicable to an individual also to a team.
