Trust. What could be a Math Model for it ?

Points to Ponder
- It is earned and maintained. (It's not placed, nor a given. No Shortcuts.)
- Orientation : Typically, for my teams, this translates to, "Whose problem can we assist in solving ?"
- Results (we aim to achieve): Typically, for my teams, this translates to "Which of their problem(s) are we interested/committed to solving ?"
- Results (delivering on-target , on-time, no-surprise and of-good-quality)
- Repeats or ability to reproduce (customer results/customer outcomes)
- We repay that Faith, by earning and keeping our customer’s Trust.

2 年Nice Siva! I like how this complements the "Credibility" and "Reliability" parts of the (Trustworthiness) = (Credibility + Reliability + Intimacy) / (Self-Orientation) classic formula. Everyone focuses on the "Self-Orientation" divisor which is very important. But without results in the dividend (that is being divided).. the quotient (answer) of trustworthiness isn't very large! ??????
MS(EE) & MBA | Innovative | Entrepreneurial
2 年Orientation is your vector, results scalar. Multiplicative for obvious reasons , any one of the factor zero, trust credit score goes zero. I’ll just add one more Siva, a three strike policy.

2 年Good article Siva, there is another angle to 'Results' ( vector - direction), namely - have we moved a step further or to a better state ?
