As a coach or supervisor, do you often find yourself second-guessing yourself, wondering, 'Why is this client being resistant?’ or ‘We seem to be going in circles and not achieving the change that's needed'?

Val Mullally , Facilitator for Professional Reflective Practice, will help you answer this question in the latest AC Workshop ‘Trust: Creating Psychological Safety’ on 10 July. Join this two-hour workshop to gain key insights and practical tools on how to nurture psychological safety that creates "Brave Spaces for Transformative Outcomes". The workshop will introduce the TRAKC? model, developed by Val.

In this workshop you will learn:

  • What’s needed to create safe spaces to support your clients (or team) to step into their ‘brave’?
  • How vulnerability can show up in the coaching relationship and what to do?
  • How we can develop our courage, creativity, and compassion as coaches (or supervisors)?

Val believes that as AI Coaching continues to grow, we have an opportunity to embrace our potential strengths as 'human coaches' and provide what no AI can - a compassionate presence.?

The workshop is worth two hours of CPD and you will receive all the recordings and slides that Val shares. If you are not a member of the AC you will receive a One Year Associate membership.
