Another Wednesday, with other global leaders…in Budapest

???It was a sparkling day?in Paris last Wednesday, coaching two??brilliant ladies…

???This Wednesday was all about facilitating a workshop for??18 brilliant leaders??coming together from all over the world???,?for the first time since the pandemic.?

Embedded in their 3-day business agenda, it was an intense one-day journey to give this team both the mind extension????their ambition deserves and to support them building trust and embracing their role of leader.???

??What they did together??

???They thought about their future, “creating the new self”, as some mentioned.

???They crafted their vision boards …, and shared these as another way to build trust and get connected, “beyond virtual, #IRL”

???They explored the concept of self-leadership.??

???They gave and received feedback on their signature strengths, contributing to building?the culture of feedback their company is aiming for.??????

???Last but not least, they discovered a toolbox?on how to manage priorities when the stakes are so high, to achieve their ambitious goals???????????
