In every relationship or profession trust plays a crucial role. So, what you gonna do to bring a culture of trust within the team?
Lead by example - If you want to change the world, start first changing yourself. Show people that you trust them by attending meetings on time, being honest, informing about your absence and keeping the promises you make. People will always be watching you and taking cues from you – take the opportunity to show them what trust in others really looks like.
Let them Communicate openly - Encourage everyone to talk honestly, in a meaningful way without hurting others. Create opportunities for team members to talk, and to help one another to solve problems.
Let them know each other personally - Arrange team lunches, team outing or create a situation that helps them to share personal stories, and to bond.
Let them make mistakes - Create an environment where nobody is judged and everybody is responsible for the failures and successes of the team together.
