Trust is a Must: On creating a multi-million dollar business partnership and financial freedom with someone I'd never met before

Trust is must...however it doesn't need to take time to trust.

We didn't meet our new partner Jake Sasseville (pictured here look at that face) in person until 10 months and $900,000 in real estate acquisitions into our partnership. We had only spoken over the over video chat when I wired him our first purchase funds.

Now he's our brother, cofounder and reason for our financial freedom and that of our investors

Jake asked me, "Why did you trust me before you met me?" And I said, "Because I trusted myself Jakey"

Trusting ourselves is key. When we find our true alignment, feel good, and trust, the universe conspires for us. The universe is always conspiring for us, we simply resist it sometimes

I could have easily said "No" to working with someone I'd never met, who lived in Maui while we bought properties in Bay City, Michigan and Costa Rica...I believe in trust though.

There is only love there until we bring in fear

On a foundation of love (not often discussed in business) we have built a fund called Compassionate Adventures, we are buying a House of Masters in Costa Rica, and own over 100 multi family units and counting, treat our tenants with compassion love and respect and we enjoy financial freedom within 1 year of starting.

On a foundation of love we've built an incredibly lucrative business and what's even more amazing is we prioritize each other's well being, each other's happiness, alignment, and fulfillment.

Our lives have completely changed because we believed in each other
