Is the trust fund empty? ??

Hey there! It's been a mixed week in workplace news; there have been more unfortunate layoffs and company closures, but I've also read positive stories about female entrepreneurs launching more businesses than ever ??.


One thing that's becoming more commented on is trust. There have been a few cases of CEOs being called out for tone deaf communications recently, and it's fuelling what's been called a "trust pandemic". So, I've got some ideas for re-building trust along with the usual updates. Let’s dive in!
