He spent $50 million usd on legal fees in 2023 and the and had to shell out $500 million on civil lawsuit fees. 20% of The New Hampshire demographic won't vote for trump and on the flipside Biden approval ratings have diminished.

Age and mental acuity is a big issue for Biden and alot of the democrats have aggressively tried to not use this an excuse, almost half of Americans have also said that Trump policies have not been effective
