Donald Trump is back. And not only Dow Jones rose by over 1,900 points last week, but also the pulse rate and the stress factor for many people.

This is the crisis of the crisis of the crisis, at least from the media. But how many things have you read that bring opportunities and possibilities. And how many things will really happen? It's once again the fear that media will exploit to gain attention and at the same time to make people afraid and uncertain. Exactly the opposite of Donald Trump strategy. Trump is using an emotional tension that is missing among many employees in companies - the human need for support and certainty in uncertain times. And that is what makes Trump so attractive to his supporters.?

We overestimate the fear in the future and underestimate the fear of the past

The representative study “Working 2023” by a company health insurance company shows that the fear of burnout among employees has generally increased. More and more managers lead themselves to exhaustion, but leadership is not only listening to employees, but also to yourself “I THOUGHT I felt good until I FELT my fears.”, but a head cannot feel.?

Each human consciously and subconsciously creates an emotional cocktail with negative or positive emotions in his body. You choose.


Everything depends on your emotions!!!!!! Your behavior, your decisions, your actions, your results and your relationships with your team. Many people don't realize what other effects stress has on them. When you feel stressed or tired you also change your energy. A man changes his male energy into female energy and women change their female energy into male energy and so men reduce their courage, discipline and willpower. And in your private life, when both partners are in the masculine energy there is more struggle and a lack of attraction and passion, because polarity is the attractive force in an intimate relationship. Stress and negative emotions are a devil in business and in private life.?

If a leader cannot control emotions, he cannot expect to win the game.

Trump's victory shows how great the need for certainty is and that managers will have to deal with their emotions in the future in order to give their employees certainty and to achieve their results with ease. The media will continue to use drumbeats and their negative headlines and people will continue to flood their minds with negative information. According to a study, people are confronted with over 6,000 informations per day via social media and television, which is increasingly leading to stress and burnout.
