Four, Barr had police harass people in downtown DC with helicopters, which is illegal state harassment. and inteference with the right of assembly as granted in the US Constitution.

Donald Trump had the U.S. military fire tear gas at peaceful protesters outside the White House just to clear them out so he could stand in front of St. John’s church and hold a Bible upside down for a photo op. Not only is he facing sharp criticism and rebuke from all sides, he’s now getting slammed by the Bishop who oversees the church in question.
Mariann Budde, the Episcopal Bishop for the District of Columbia, told the media that Donald Trump had no business pulling the stunt, and that in particular he has no business invoking the Bible, because “everything he has said and done is to enflame violence.”
Then Bishop Michael Curry, who presides over the Episcopal Church, tweeted this: “This evening, the President of the United States stood in front of St. John’s Episcopal Church, lifted up a bible, and had pictures of himself taken. In so doing, he used a church building and the Holy Bible for partisan political purposes. This was done in a time of deep hurt and pain in our country, and his action did nothing to help us or to heal us.”

On Monday evening, police and the military launched tear gas against protesters near the White House.
Reporters on the scene are now reporting the action was done so Trump could visit St. John’s church, where he posed with a Bible for a photo opportunity.
Trump’s visit was in violation of the curfew imposed on Washington, DC.

On Monday, CNN anchor Don Lemon reacted with horror to President Donald Trump’s speech, set against the police and military tear gassing peaceful protesters in front of the White House.
“Open your eyes, America … we are teetering on a dictatorship. This is chaos,” said Lemon. “Is the president declaring war on Americans? What is happening here? He’s saying he wants to protect peaceful protesters, at the same time sending law enforcement and military into the streets to push peaceful protesters back, to be aggressive with peaceful protesters. He is doing the exact opposite of what he said in that speech.”
“I think the president is playing a very, very dangerous game here,” added Lemon. “There are a lot of Americans who are out on these streets who are upset, who are frustrated, who are angry. Again, I’m not condoning violence at all, and I hope that they remain peaceful, but I hope that they stand up and fight for their rights to peacefully protest in this country. But he’s playing a very dangerous game, because this will backfire.”
“People are upset and they’re angry,” added Lemon. “These people as I’ve been saying as well, they feel like they are occupied in their own communities by police departments. Many of them militarized police departments. Now the entire country according to his orders we are living under a militarized country or we will be soon and it will play out in front of our very eyes on national television.”

On Monday, as protests in D.C. continued to swell even after the police and military scattered crowds at the White House with tear gas, people began reporting that police were using helicopters to forcibly disperse the demonstrators.
Multiple people captured footage of the helicopters, which used downwash to try to force the crowds apart.

Summarizing, Trump is DELIBERATELY assisting violence, so he can have his alleged grounds for declaring a state of emergency. Also note what Barr did this evening is verging in itself to be morphing into attacking the right of freedom of assembly, which is guaranteed in the US Constitution.
