We are getting movement in the right direction. The ultimate end should be D.J. Trump in a psychiatric ward with no visitors, but until then, this milestone should be celebrated. Here it is
Keep in mind that Trump will, without adulation, erupt into complete psychosis, and need to be in Saint Elizabeth. I predict this will ensue, defacto in about 5 days. Time for the other branches of the USG to be ready for the blow out.

Donald Trump isn’t holding a press briefing today, after he barely held one yesterday. He’s been dodging media questions ever since he had his “disinfectant and sunlight” meltdown on Thursday. There have been reports that Trump is now ready to partly or fully give up on holding press briefings. Now Trump is waving the white flag.

Here’s what doesn’t make sense. Donald Trump is arguing that his press briefings are getting huge ratings, which would mean that lots of people are watching and hearing directly from him. Yet he’s also arguing that there’s no point to the briefings because the news outlets aren’t reporting accurately on what he’s saying. Even if this were true, wouldn’t he still want to hold the briefings in order to reach the public directly? Trump’s disastrous press briefings have been harming him from the start. His approval rating numbers and 2020 poll numbers keep dropping. Now that Trump has screwed up so badly that even he seems to understand he’s harming himself, he’s taking his ball and going home – or at least he’s threatening to. We’ll see if he goes back to holding briefings after he gets tired of not being able to act like an idiot in front of the cameras each day.

I beg to differ as to the import. In this case, Bill Palmer is underestimating the severity of the D.J. Trump collapse. i.e. Trump's deteriorating psychological condition will go downhill so fast that there will be NO more public briefings of ANY sort. What we are seeing is a collapse of will and of psychological incentive for Narcissist Trump to even hold the title of POTUS. i.e. what awaits us now is to grind away at having a 72 hour mental health hold on Donald Trump and to have this insane man placed for the rest of his life in Saint Elizabeth Hospital for the insane. This is the bottom line. We need not to let up on this goal of having this insane man removed from the White House and in an insane asylum.
I predict that without his "briefing" and fake adulation that Trump will soon within days erupt into raging uncontrollable psychosis. In which then it will be the job of the rest of the USG to pick up the pieces and to try to restore the nation to what it was prior to the Donald Trump POTUS tenure
