Truminds’ single-minded pursuit of excellence throughout its operations, starting right at the point where we hire bright-MINDS to how we nurture and assimilate this fresh talent fundamentally influences how we achieve excellence. The Campus Hiring Process

At Truminds’, we recruit bright-MINDS from the IITs, IIMs, IIITs, NITs, and other premier colleges across the country, which helps us in acquiring the top-notch talent available. This process was majorly virtual during the days of the pandemic, but from last two years, we have been visiting campuses, interacting with students in-person and recruiting them.

One of the unique features of the hiring process is that we have “TruAmbassadors” for each of the institutes. We recognize the best performing freshers and nominate them as the ambassador, giving them an opportunity to share their journey so far at Truminds during the pre-placement session with their Alma mater. Thus, the freshers get to hear about life at Truminds from the horse’s mouth and it also establishes a steady pipeline of top-quality talent.

“Takshila” Induction Process

When the bright-MINDS join Truminds, we ensure that their onboarding experience is smooth with our digital joining process. We also realize that to achieve excellence, it is not enough to just hire the right people but they also need to be given access to the best tools, whether it is material resources or knowledge resources like training programs. This helps them transition from a campus environment to being industry ready. We have a comprehensive in-house induction program called “Takshila” and during this program, our Bright-MINDS have training sessions on various trending topics along with Corporate know-how like HR Practices, Finance practices, Team building, Quality, Business Communication etc.

The induction program is divided into two phases where in the Phase 1, the Bright-MINDS are introduced to the wide array of exciting projects Truminds is working, with Fortune 500 and sector leading companies as our clients. These projects span a spectrum of areas across the latest cutting-edge technologies. Phase 2 involves largely mentor-driven activities to help them bridge the gap between theoretical & practical knowledge.

This process, from the on-campus recruitment to the induction and project allotment, is managed by the Truminds Talent Acquisition team. Excellence cannot be nurtured without the hard work and commitment, and it is the TA team’s relentless efforts that is making this possible. Not to forget that they are ably supported by the Engineering leaders, who participate and make sure that right brains are selected, but also nurture them through their tenure at Truminds.
