Ok Chefs and Food and Beverage folks out there......What are we really trying to accomplish every day in the restaurant business??? It is my belief we try, with every dish on our menu, to create a "Flavor Bond" to ALL customers walking in and tasting every last bite of our food. We CRAVE....to have them CRAVE tm!!! So they have no options to come back next week....or even the next day.

 True Story: I often chat with my clients to find out how are they using our Bush Dreams Aussie Seasonings. Some in bizarre ways I would never guess...like dusting the Forestberry Chipotle rub on Pineapple and grilling it.

Yesterday, I called a client who is a part of a small 15 Unit chain that have wings on their menu. This chain allows some menu creativity with their franchisees. So...recently he is finding a recent spike in sales of his Aussie Dusted Wings...seasoned with Bush Dreams Pepperberry rub. So he is now ordering two 22lb. bags at once. I asked him "Why the Spike in Demand?".....and he said that all he hears is that "People are by-passing the other restaurants in his Chain for these Aussie Dusted Wings at his location."  

Because Bush Dreams only sells to chefs and restaurants..What do we live for???

That's sooo funny I used your blend on wings last weekend and they were great. Even better on roasted chicken thighs.
