Yup. True story. I recently spoke to a CEO who dismissed AI as mere hype. With nine houses at stake, he might want to reconsider—AI isn't just a buzzword, it's revolutionizing everything.

To overlook AI's transformative power isn't just shortsighted—it's downright irresponsible. Take healthcare, for example—AI is diagnosing diseases with greater speed and accuracy than doctors, personalizing treatments, and predicting patient outcomes with stunning precision. Shrugging off AI means missing out on these life-saving advancements.?

Or look at Apple. They're leveraging AI to elevate customer success and access, showcasing how AI can enhance both worker and consumer experiences. Ignoring those advancements is choosing to lag in operational efficiency and customer service excellence.

These advancements shouldn’t just stop at technology improvements - they could be used to create new job opportunities and reskill workers. In these examples, healthcare professionals could be trained to oversee AI diagnostic tools, ensuring the technology is used effectively and ethically. Meanwhile, Apple could reskill customer service representatives to take on roles in customer relationship management, advanced technical support, or even roles in customer journey analysis and strategy development, enhancing their skills in areas that directly impact customer satisfaction.

The repercussions of ignoring AI are far-reaching and could significantly impact both businesses and society:
