What a beautiful day, today is. Its a little colder and I’ve been for my morning swim. The water temperature must have dropped another degree and I’m wondering how long it will be before I reach for my wet suit.

The leaves are starting to fall and I’m really grateful that I remembered to head out in summer and pick a few hawthorn, blackberry and sycamore keys whilst still green and flexible. Once the leaves dry, they become brittle (read more)
