One full year. a year full of joys, unparalleled success and prayers. Some days were fantastic and some days just scuffed up the surface hard but eventually, things turned out just about “O.K” to encourage everybody to move on.
1st August is a special day. It embarks a completion of one year and we are celebrating our anniversary in the group. A group of 35,000 actual struggling humans created with pure intentions of empowerment and making them stand tall on their feet knowing there's a huge gap between industry and academia.
All efforts done over 365 days were self-help based, no paid, no sponsorship.
Fast forward, made some careers, showed some people who were depressed and disappointed that how beautiful life is.
Raised the awareness of 'getting started', working smartly and telling them 'it's perfectly fine to fail as you learn when you fail'.
Instilled a belief in many telling them not to give up. Many stopped, picked them up, gave them shoulder and showed them how a moderate, constant speed would not make them tired. Tried to lead from the front by telling them, it's okay - I’ve been there, done that.
Created peers whose job was to support others and answer so, I can be relatively free from showing up at every door. These folks not only realized my mission but helped me a long way by becoming my arms and hands.
Some made money, good money and others learned how much they are capable of achieving something in life too which no one ever told them before.
Some rejected the notion that they are good for nothing and not only, they surprised everyone with their performance but also grew a long way.
Some surprised me by opening their small offices, training institute and a handy profile on freelance marketplace.
People randomly bumping into me in public places, with tears in their eyes and unable to express the words which literally meant ‘gracious’.
Struggling moms, single moms who were told that their miseries have just begun but they refused to pay heed to such negative voices and steered the direction of their life in a positive direction. Today, they are not only self-employed but also empowering others.
And last, not the least, enabling myself with a peaceful sleep every single night in these 365 days knowing finally I've done something good in my life even though it is 'one-off'.
To all those who helped me in the journey and became a part of the process, I just want to say this publically today.
"Thank You"
