True Freedom Comes When Our Mind Becomes Free...
Its the Time To Bring Freedom Into Your Thoughts, We all work so hard, we strive towards a better lifestyle, we compete all the time to make ourself sustain in this A-Game, but in this persuit, we all forgot our meaning of life !
“Life without liberty, is a life not lived, and life without truth, is a life not understood.”―?Abhijit Naskar,?Monk Meets World
Freedom that comes with mastery of yourself, or the realization of your own worth is the true freedom. Chastity requires practice, an apprenticeship of self-mastery, in which one learns the meaning of real freedom It is called either liberty or emancipation, and these terms do not mean political liberty, but rather internal freedom. In a land of freedom, we frequently conflate the true nature of freedom.
It is interesting to note that so much of the freedom that we strive for today is seen as an end unto itself, a definitive end that must be achieved. For many of us, freedom has come to mean individual independence- the opportunity to make our own decisions and to choose our own paths through life, to do what we want, whenever we want. True personal freedom is living your life the way you are, doing whatever you want, and spending time with people that you enjoy. Focusing on the allowance of this kind of freedom allows for much quieter, more peaceful, productive lives.
Freedom also means releasing the negative thoughts and emotions that sometimes can hijack your life. True freedom does not come in the future, in a situation, or from something in general, but is inside of you, right now. Freedom comes to us when we are able to relax into whatever is here at the present moment.
We do not need to be prisoners to our thinking minds, we can become observers, taking time to witness the messiness of our thinking minds, knowing that we do not need to engage in its inner dialogue. We interpret our own psychological states much the same way as we interpret others' minds, except we may in our case be used as data for our own visual images and internal discourses. By that, we generally mean instances of internal speech or visual imagery, which are the focus of our stream of consciousness--the trains of words and visual contents represented in our minds.
We may be convinced or compelled to change our minds, but ultimately, we make up our own minds. Even the determinists acknowledge that ideas about freedom are embedded in our thought, and we all employ notions about free choice in everyday conversations.
Start providing caregivers with an opportunity to practice freedom by freeing their minds from the daily stresses of caring for others. Isaiah Berlin distinguished a concept of negative freedom and a concept of positive freedom. Berlin's essay relies on the premise that we can make meaningful distinctions between negative and positive conceptions of freedom. Freedom can mean a lot of different things. The reason why freedom has the meaning of spirit is that it is possible to reach the condition of complete freedom. In this view, the kind of freedom which is mastery over one's own self, or positive freedom, can be achieved only when one's lower selves are limited in their actions.
I hope this little awareness helps us all to remind ourselves of the limited time we all have and thus to work for our inner-wisdom & happiness...
Wishing you a very happy independence day from India ! In this limited lifetime, lets become little more open, free and conscious towards a better tomorrow where the true freedom is defined by only our inner peace ! Cheers !
