Instead, focus on single-tasking. Dedicate specific time blocks to individual tasks. Set up a workspace that is conducive to focused work. Declutter, organize, and cut distractions like social media, email, and notifications.
You can use Pomodoro Technique, a work focused for 25 mins, then take a 5 min break. Repeat.
