6 年A few thoughts a) I always consider myself expendable regardless of who I work for or the value I deliver. b) you’re only as good and valuable as the last deliverable. One should ensure they continue to add value as frequently as possible and the greater the value the better. c) I always view the company, the results, the customers and shareholders as if they’re personally mine. d) growth, development, career and performance are your own accountability, no one else’s. A company and others can only provide access and the platform to excel, you personally must drive the rest. e) I’m a firm believer that who you work for, clear vision, aligned values and the environment impact ability to perform at the highest level. Once again it is your responsibility to influence and change this if it is not conducive to your needs. f) we are human not machines. To obtain peak performance, a company must consider the role they can play to enhance, develop and look after the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of the people they employ. Simon
