TRUE ETERNAL MENTAL WELLNES IS POSSIBLE

Where is your mental wellness coming from?

May is what America is calling “the mental health awareness month” and Americans have been calling May the mental awareness month since 1949. It originated to draw people to their mental health and perhaps find ways to make It healthier in all roles they live in where ever they go.

I have faced mental health issues all my life. There were moments I have wanted to crawl into a fetal position and lay in bed or stay in a dark corner hidden from the world around me because of the thoughts that came into my mind about myself, a relationship, or circumstance I was in.

I spent many years searching for what would clam the voices in my mind. Tried all kinds of ways and philosophies other people suggested step by step but it only lasted a short time. It was like I was living in the shallow part of my mind and never got deep enough. I tried all kinds of human made religion that was full of human made traditions that lead me still feeling empty inside. Then one day the truth came like the wind and consumed every part of my soul, spirit, and body.

It was the Holy Spirit of my Heavenly Father He sent me through His Son, Jesus the Christ.

He gave me my belief in Him being the One that would over come my anxiety and doubt that caused my depression. Not many truly know Him because they do follow a human manufactured religion and not His Spirit of truth.

Most people in the world are not aware the have a spirit, soul, and body and how they work either against us or for us.

What does our Heavenly Father, His Son, and His Holy Spirit give us that helps our mental and spiritual wellness? Here are some in no particular order.

1)????His Faith that never fails or leaves us

2)????His Fruit of His nature that goes beyond ourselves and own understanding of who we are

3)????His given knowledge of Him, His Son, and Holy Spirit and all spirits that want to separate us from them

4)????Their fruit gives us enough grace that all doubt, fear, and discouragement is overcome

5)????Their given knowledge of all the gifts, plans, or purpose they give us now and for eternity

6)????Their strength that overcomes any weakness

7)????Their wisdom that makes our own thoughts and other voices look foolish

8)????Their forgiveness and mercy so we are able to forgive and have the same measure of mercy

9)????Their grace that keeps us remaining in His Spirit and Word of Truth.

10) All Their eternal sanctified fullness in our human soul, spirit, and body now that we can handle, ?and much more when they call us home and our body dies.

What do we have to do to receive all they Spiritually desire to give?

Be willing to faithfully Crucify Spiritually all other spirits and voices that do not come from them, and they know if we are truly willing to crucify all spirits in us that does not come from them, and they will give us all we need to crucify by their resurrected power that the reveal within us. Our mental heath will reveal their given power through their presence and all they have Spiritual given us so others will be internally drawn to them for eternity!

In this present time, and especially this month you will hear a lot of voices claiming they know ways to help our mental health, but there is only One voice, One way, truth and life that can help us spiritually and mentally and it will always be Given through our Heavenly Father, His Son and by His Spirit of Truth. Not from human manufactured religion, human ways, thoughts, methods, basic principles, or other philosophies. ?
