The true cost of leaseholds

I was sitting in my office the other day (my day job office, Property Starter Towers doesn’t have an office… well arguably it doesn’t have a tower, or a door or a roof… you get the point). Anyway, back to my office, Hurricane Jack came in through the door raging about his leasehold costs; he had been charged ￡480 for 6 months of the year, so ￡80 a month, admittedly a cost that most people didn’t want and unsurprisingly neither did Jack.
