A True Cheerleader: Leading and Uplifting Women Every Step of the Way

Celebrating Women's History Month and National Cheerleading Week! As we honor the remarkable achievements and contributions of women throughout history, I want to take a moment to reflect on how being a cheerleader in high school has impacted my perspective on being a cheerleader for other women.?

From my experience as a cheerleader to my role as a guidance coach, CEO, and a lifelong supporter of fellow women, I have witnessed firsthand the power of uplifting and empowering each other. Cheerleading, with its vibrant spirit and unwavering support, taught me the importance of standing by others and cheering them on, both on and off the field. As a cheerleader, I learned the value of unity, teamwork, and resilience. These qualities have become the foundation of my approach to supporting and uplifting women in all aspects of life.?

As a leader and mentor, my goal is to create a safe and inclusive environment where women can thrive, in their personal and professional growth. I strive to instill in them the belief that they have the power to achieve anything they set their minds to. I have always been passionate about supporting and uplifting women in all walks of life. Whether it's advocating for gender equality, celebrating women's accomplishments, or lending a listening ear, I believe in the power of solidarity and encouragement.?

By being a cheerleader for other women, we can create a ripple effect that uplifts and empowers generations to come. During Women's History Month, let us honor the trailblazers who have paved the way for equity for women. Let us celebrate the incredible achievements of women in all fields and acknowledge the importance of supporting and uplifting each other. As we cheer for the progress we have made, let us also continue to be cheerleaders for other women, inspiring them to reach their full potential and creating a world where every woman's voice is heard and valued. So, here's to being a cheerleader for other women as a leader, coach, and a supporter. Together, let's cheer each other on, uplift one another, and make history every day!

Encouraging and cheering for a full auditorium of dynamic women via my Valedictorian speech at the "100 Women of Color Gala!" They were on their feet, inspired, teary-eyed, and empowered by the end of the speech.
