The True Battle of a Working Woman - Gender Equality

In a recent encounter with a female colleague, a scenario unfolded that left a lasting impact on me. It was during a company meeting where the owner, along with three other executives, and my female colleague, all gathered. In the midst of the meeting, the client unexpectedly became upset, prompting the company owner to immediately direct all blame towards my female colleague. Without hesitation, she swiftly took charge, handled the situation, and managed to clear the air, leaving the meeting room refreshed and free from tension.
