In this role, you'll oversee production processes, ensuring quality output while meeting budget and schedule targets. You'll effectively manage resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to optimize production and minimize costs. Ensuring a safe work environment and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations is a key responsibility. You'll monitor product quality through inspections and testing, manage inventory and supply chain coordination, and control plant operation budgets. Leading and developing your team, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and communicating regularly with senior management and stakeholders are essential duties.

In this role, the S&OP Manager will serve as the key liaison between Supply Chain and Sales, assembling a company-wide demand plan to enable capacity planning for manufacturing sites. You will work to resolve long-term supply and demand constraints, collaborating with Planning & Scheduling leaders to develop a strategic roadmap that matures the Sales and Operations Planning process. The role involves embedding structure, discipline, and continuous improvement into the S&OP process, ensuring it supports strategic decision-making, cost-saving initiatives, and the company’s growth goals.

In this role, you'll lead sourcing initiatives to find and evaluate new suppliers, optimizing costs, quality, and performance. You'll manage Requests for Quotation and Proposal, ensuring projects are on time and within budget. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, onboarding vendors, and building strong partnerships with key stakeholders to align business needs with supply decisions. Additionally, you'll maintain key supplier relationships, mitigate risks, and stay informed on industry trends through market research.
