Trouble shooting – The self-cleaning bowl does not close and open properly
Possible causes：
1. operating water flowrate is not enough, or operating water pressure is too low.
2. operating water pipeline is blocked.
3. gaskets in the bowl defective, eg. gasket 5, 7, 10
4. the holes in bowl valves 3 are blocked.
5. solenoid valve is defective
6. compared air for metering device is too low
7. PLC programs failed
Remedies:
1. checking operating water flow rate and pressure. Min.2 bar
2. clean operating water pipe lines
3. replace damaged gaskets. If only the edges of the gasket is frayed and the gasket is otherwise in good condition, grind off the edges on an emery wheel and re–use it.
4. replace solenoid valve.
5. increase air pressure to 4 bar.
6. check program times on control unit.
