Change is inevitable. You might be transitioning into more time back in the office. Back to school activities and routines might have suddenly filled up your schedule. The free time you used to have might seem like it’s been thrown out the window. With lots of change can come lots of anxiety. Your thoughts might spiral with so many “what ifs” that you can’t sleep. So much to do, and so little time. If you’ve experienced this, I invite you to try 4-7-8 Breathing. This will calm your anxiety and allow you to be your best self despite all the change!
