Trostianets': ruined school and shelled hospital

In the city of Trostianets' during the occupation, russian shelled hospital with civilians. There were just people with sickness, kids, pregnant ladies, and medical personnel.

On March 7, the school in the Sumy region came under artillery fire. After the shelling, the roof was pierced through, there was many debris and broken windows.

Occupiers show us every day that they are against humanity, kindness, and love. They are not only on the one side with evil, they are evil. Look what did they do to our people…

They were shelling hospital from tanks, knowing there was no military. There was a woman, who was giving birth inside the hospital. Who are they to do this to civilians?

Mayor Yurii Anatoliiovych told us, "We are now on the territory of our hospital. We took a loan to make our facility energy-efficient, to make it attractive, and to make repairs. And russian soldiers entered this wonderful hospital and saw that there was no one from the military. They saw that there were only sick people and medical personnel. And a day later, the next day, 2 tanks drove out into the street and started shooting at this hospital with direct fire. 38 shots were fired at the hospital. [...] And the most important thing, when russian tanks were shelling the hospital, at that moment the woman was giving birth to twins. She had two children. Personnel managed to lower her into the basement and she gave birth to two children in the basement: a boy and a girl. Just during the shelling by russian tanks.This is a crime, this is a crime that the russians committed against a civilian object that has nothing to do with a military one.”

In the village of Soldats'ke village in the Trostianets’ community, children were forced to study remotely, and constant power outages made it very difficult to do this. We talked with the children, they said that they would like to go back to school and see their friends. Our children are our future. Their education is very important.

Therefore, we turned to the Japanese organization ?Mirai? for help. They are helping Ukrainian immigrants in Japan and providing support for Ukraine. Together we launch the project ?War through children's eyes?. Our foundation will collect our children's drawings in schools, front-line cities, and de-occupied territories and send them to this Japanese organization to collect funds at the exhibition.

But the money that will be collected is not enough to rebuild the whole school. And the hospital in Trostianets’ also needs your help. Therefore, we are looking for donors or partners, who are willing to help us with funds. Only with your help, can we give hope to our beloved Ukrainians ??
