PDF Merging with Table of Contents

We've upgraded Fovea's capabilities, allowing the users to seamlessly merge multiple documents into a single, cohesive PDF document. The inclusion of a table of contents, providing users with an organized guide for navigating through the consolidated content.?

Consolidated PDF, accompanied by a table of contents, now supports a variety of formats including pdf, txt, png, jpeg, jpg, bmp, tif, rtf, docx, doc, xml (CCD, CDR), and html. Furthermore, this feature accommodates a maximum individual file size of 300 MB and extends support for a maximum total file size of 2GB. For RTF and Docx files, the support is capped at 50 MB each when considered individually.?

The table of contents serves as a visual guide, enabling users to quickly locate specific sections within the document. Additionally, a cover page has been incorporated, featuring patient and source system information. Each page also includes a footer providing patient name, download details, and page numbers.

It offers a unified clinical view for both documents and discrete data, with various views tailored to the needs of different provider users. A 'snapshot view' presents a clinical summary of the patient, while a detailed view shows the entire medical history of the patient, which can be organized by episode or as a longitudinal lifetime view. Additionally, grid and tree view options are available.

Patient data is displayed in an intuitive manner and is highly customizable to meet user needs. For instance, one section of the client's staff might prefer the grid view for its organizational structure, whereas clinical staff may opt for the tree view or a clinical snapshot for a more focused perspective on patient information.

·? ?Does the solution have the ability to search on discrete data fields that are extracted from the source system??

Yes, discrete data is stored in database as data elements at the lowest level of granularity and is retrieved & rendered in proper lay outs either as user friendly views or canned reports or if such a provision has been sought, then through custom reports.?
