TriValue Company Model for Dummies: balancing Actions with Business Success

Have you ever had the feeling that you are struggling with the new accelerated situation? Then I would like to introduce you to a better way to do things: the TriValue Company Model (TVC) model. So, what's this TVC all about? Imagine you are making a sandwich. You need bread (that's two slices!), a tasty filling and a secret sauce to make it great. The TVC model is something like this, only for businesses.

• The first slice of bread... Customer value : It is pretty obvious, isn't it? Happy customers mean a happy company. It is about giving your customers what they want and need. Imagine that your sandwich contains the freshest ingredients that your customers love.
• The filling... Company value: Now it gets interesting. While you're busy making those delicious sandwiches for your customers, you also need to make sure your sandwich store (foe example, your business) is doing well. Are you making enough money? Are you growing? Can you continue to make sandwiches in the future? That's what company value is all about.
• The second slice of bread: the workforce wellbeing value: This is where many companies drop the ball (or the sandwich). Your employees are like the hands that make the sandwich and make you create better products. If they are not happy or healthy (physically or mentally), your sandwiches won't taste good and your store won't run smoothly. Workforce wellbeing value is about making sure your team is happy, motivated and successful. It is also about having lower levels of stress when everything is changing or when the company has been disrupted.

The Secret Sauce: balance

Now comes the real sauce of the formula. It is not just about having these three parts, it is about balancing them. If you focus too much on the customers, it can drain your team. If you focus too much on the company's bottom line, your sandwiches might not taste as good. And if you only focus on your team, you might not have enough customers or money to keep the store open!

Why Bother With all This TVC Stuff?

Good question! Hereis the important part you must understand: Companies that strike a balance between these three values are more successful in the long run. They have happier customers, make more money and their employees stay with the company longer.

How to Apply TVC in Real Life

Start by asking yourself a few questions:

1. Are my customers happy? (Customer Value)
2. Is my company healthy and growing? (company value)
3. Are my employees happy and thriving and dealing well with the new accelerated reality? (Workforce Wellbeing Value)
