A triumphant (winning) person
We always try to understand how to become a triumphant (winning) person. We most of the time try to know more about a successful person. There are many articles and many of those are in the line of common framework. I am now will try to specify in different angles collected from my 41 years of experience in management field.
1. A person who is proactive in nature. He takes the responsibility to complete the job instead of looking to his superior to tell him to do. They always believe that “my success depends on my outcome”. He deems any flourishing people measured by their successful outcome.
2. Person who is welcoming in nature. They always welcome people to join hands with him. They encourage people to come forward & work to create a track record of their success. They create opportunities for others to explore individual potentials.
3. Person who is impressive. His achievements are extraordinary in nature. He inspire individual and shows them the way to come up with successful achievements which may be hard to achieve. He becomes excited & thrilled when his team become achievers and become depressed when they fail which occurs once in a blue moon.
4. Person who is well communicative and encourage while express. He expresses any topic in a very lucid manner and express in a very interesting way, when others love to listen. He believe that less amount of time and short way of expressing things will help others to remember more rather than narrating in huge. He believes that style of communication should be short & simple which is the best way to express. When he express anything to other he focus precisely what is in it for team to grow. He is a good listener as well. He loves to listen.
5. Person who is people centric. The success of any outcome behind of which is a massive contribution of people. No people no outcome no success. He fervently believes that any development in this world is the gift of human being nothing else. People are the biggest asset in this world. This belief helped him to become people centric, people focused. He loves people and their potentials. He always believes people fit to their talent and he tries to place them in the right place to explore maximum. He believes that ordinary people can achieve extraordinary outcome.
6. People who is like a fortune teller. Who can foresee ahead of time the consequences of any activities and takes every precaution to face any challenges to come and to save the organization from any disaster. They are intuitive; their intuition leads them to the path of any success. He walks to his wavelength and can visualize precisely the future end result. They are like a fortune teller. They always decide and sketch their activities ahead of time.
7. Person who understand both positive & negative mind of others, but he picks up the positive one and encourages to move, but do not express even he notices negative attitude of others who may bring catastrophe in the organization and keeps his eyes open. He is not ignorance or overlooks the ill fated mind-set. He is aware of them like cultivating their nasty politics in the organization. At point of time he catches them red-handed and tries to change them through counseling and coaching if required. But if that person does not change than he takes the tough decision. He says.. “ Cancer should be removed for survival”
8. Person is a cool-cat. He is a different person. Even in jeopardy or in disaster situation he left himself cool, he never become nervous or upset or lost and show his anxiety & anger in that very situation. He believes that during a dreadful situation stay cool and takes the right decision. He tries to foresee that any negative decision from his end will be very costly and to pay more in case of labor intensive organization. He always moves with the wind not against the wind. He manipulates the situation by every possible ways.
9. Person Aggressive in nature. This kind of people are aggressive not timid or a slow coach in their activities. They believe that if anyone is slow in his activities he will be missing the bus. The world is competitive, too many competitors and same number of customers. Who reaches first to the customers he will receive the gain or the deal. Delay is a word is not in their dictionary. They are prompt, energetic, playful, hardworking, focused, competitive, and result oriented. Their challenges not their competitors, rather they throw challenges to them. They say.. “ What I achieve today, must be better than yesterday”
10. Person believes in Facts & Figure. They rely on figures, and decision they made based of data. They bang on facts and justify with figures. Any decision they made based on statistical data. They never conclude to a decision without facts & figures. They believe that data should act as the main source of energy for taking any kind of decision. Any plan or forecast they made based on data. Now why Data? Data will explicitly depict the real situation with authenticity. But data should be precise and correct. They never take any whimsical decision without any valid footings.
