A triumphant event in honour of Ghass
From the 21st November 2017 til' the 8th of January 2018, Ghass’ "Indian Spring" collection will be exhibiting at the prestigious ArtMoorHouse in the City of London.
The exhibition was launched with an elegant Champagne reception on Wednesday 22nd November 2017 at ArtMoorHouse, followed by an exclusive after party at the nearby luxurious and quirky Victorian Bath House. This exciting after party location was only revealed to guests on the night.
The Bath House first saw light of day in 1895. Designed by G Harold Elphick, the bathhouse used tessellating Arabic motifs in classic colours. Crafted to appeal to the gentrified city folk, the venue was an instant hit in the daily broadsheets. Marble-floored hot rooms, mosaics and even gilt-edged décor set the bath-house interior apart, with stained glass and rich oriental rugs finishing the picture. The Bath House has obtained many of it’s original features but with modern touches later thrown in, making it the perfect spot to celebrate contemporary artist Ghass.
The after party kicked off with a Champagne & canapés reception. The guests enjoyed music provided by two highly reputable DJ’s Abstrkt and Miranda Loy. The music was accompanied by a freestyle Sax player.
There was a bespoke cocktail menu created for the event, based around Ghass’ key art pieces, such as 'Haute Couture’, ‘The 13th Dance' and not forgetting ‘Indian Spring’.
