Tristone Group Acquires Further Automotive Supplier Company in China, Ningguo

Tristone Flowtech Group located in Frankfurt/M. informed, that effective January 1, 2020 a share purchase transaction has been completed with the purchase of Anhui Zhongding Rubber Hose Products Co. Ltd, Ningguo from Anhui Zhongding Sealing Co. Ltd., Ningguo. The process is ongoing to rename tte company in Anhui Tristone Flowtech Ltd., located in Ningguo. 

Anhui Zhongding Rubber Hose reached in 2019 sales of 34 Mio Euro mainly with engine and battery cooling hoses as well as aircharge hoses with local chinese OEMs and has 544 employees. The company is expecting in 2020 a sales growth of 10% to 38 Mio Euro.

 â€˜With our two production plants in China in Ningguo and Suzhou, Tristone Group will be in a position to offer a broader product portfolio in our business fields, being a full system supplier and design partner to our global OEM customers in China as well as the local Chinese OEMs. Our product portfolio will include not only engine cooling hose systems, but also aircharge hose systems, wrapped turbocharged hose systems, plastic PA pipe systems and plastic surgetanks. In a next step, Tristone will be in a position to produce in the chinese market also plastic quick connectors, plastic ducts as well as automated produced engine cooling hoses with Creatube.’

With the concluded acquisition of this additional production company in China, Tristone is expecting now total sales above 400 Mio Euro in 2020.
