A HOLIDAY AWAY AWAITS

Spring Break: Under-the-Radar Options

The Little Mermaid may have sang “I want to be where the people are” ?? but for Spring Break? We're guessing Ariel would change her tune if she saw how crowded the go-to destinations for Spring Break vacations can get.

For those of you on the hunt for a not-so-popular Spring Break getaway, look no further than these unique options. ??

Springtime In Europe: Amsterdam

  • Highlights: Canal cruises, world-class museums, tulip gardens.
  • Activities: Biking tours, Keukenhof Gardens, exploring the Van Gogh Museum.
  • Booking Timeline: The sooner the better, but confirming by this fall is a safe timeline to abide by.

Elsewhere In The Caribbean: Cura?ao

  • Highlights: Colorful architecture, beautiful beaches, vibrant coral reefs.
  • Activities: Snorkeling, diving, exploring Willemstad.
  • Booking Timeline: It's not as popular (yet) for Spring Break, but planning ahead allows for more flexibility in choosing the best hotels, activities and more! Confirm this trip by January or sooner.
  • Read more about Cura?ao here.

Spring Break Blooms: Japan

  • Highlights: Tokyo’s bustling streets, Kyoto’s temples, cherry blossom season.
  • Activities: Visiting temples, enjoying spring festivals, experiencing Japanese cuisine.

SECURE YOUR SPRING BREAK

Summer 2025: a Jet Set Summer

“Next summer?! I can't even think about it!” And that's fair… for the average person. But in the travel industry, we're always thinking a few seasons ahead because of demand, availability, and ever-evolving trends.

You won't find your typical summer recommendations on this list, because let's be real: the Amalfi Coast is an obvious summer contender. Instead, consider these alternative options for your jet-setting summer itineraries ??

A European Summer: Lake Como, Italy

  • Highlights: Scenic lake views, luxurious villas, charming villages.
  • Activities: Boat tours, exploring historic sites, enjoying Italian cuisine.
  • Booking Timeline: Italy continues to reign supreme as a summer destination, so booking as early as possible is key, but plan to confirm by February or March without a doubt!

Sun & Sand Summer: Bermuda

  • Highlights: Pink sand beaches, crystal-clear waters, historic forts.
  • Activities: Snorkeling, diving, exploring St. George’s and Hamilton.
  • Booking Timeline: Start the planning process sometime this winter to take advantage of early booking promotions, best availability and more.
  • Read about my recent stay at the luxurious Residence at the Loren at Pink Beach.

Great Migration Getaway: Kenya

  • Highlights: Diverse wildlife, Maasai Mara National Reserve, stunning landscapes.
  • Activities: Safari drives, hot air balloon rides, witness the Great Migration.
  • Booking Timeline: Events like the Great Migration significantly increases demand for travel to Africa. Planning an African safari itinerary is complex and requires advance preparation, so start planning by the end of this year!
