Before implementing HanAra solutions, this wastewater organization relied on a legacy data structure that only gave on-site field members access to real-time and historical data. Other members could only understand events or situations after the fact by reviewing logs or inspection reports. Beyond the access issues, the organization needed help analyzing the data as they had to rely only on the HMI system. As a result, not only did the organization have limited access to historical data, but it was also challenging to create visualizations to identify trends or areas for improvement quickly. Lastly, the organization needed an effective way to manage its failures and efficiency.?
The site implemented HanPrism as its industrial big data platform and HanPHI as its predictive maintenance tool. After introducing our data historian, the organization checks the facility’s status in real-time at the site, headquarters, and off-site locations. This ease of access also translates organization-wide as key personnel monitor facility data, freely share it within teams, and improve the facility management process based on data.?
With HanPrism, members across the organization retrieve and analyze the desired data anytime, anywhere. The organization has automated report-related tasks to improve efficiency, so they have more time to analyze the insights provided instead of manually creating the reports. Our predictive maintenance solution monitors the entire site 24/7 through a real-time health index to detect abnormal deviations in advance. After introducing HanPrism and HanPHI, this wastewater treatment organization is improving its operation by increasing data-informed decision-making.?

As one of the largest energy companies in South Korea, the organization generates electricity in both metropolitan areas and rural southern Korea. Extracting accurate and meaningful information from their data helps them achieve operational excellence. As they grew, the organization needed a more advanced solution to provide actionable intelligence for plant operation and business and enterprise decisions.?
The organization needed adequate software for managing and integrating the vast amounts of data generated by its many plants, locations, and diverse data sources. They needed a data infrastructure for their integrated control and monitoring center at headquarters. Their headquarters and sites also required a data infrastructure to help them better communicate, collaborate, and generate actionable intelligence. Instead of having an optimized solution to provide intel for making critical business decisions, the organization made many of its business decisions based solely upon managerial and executive judgment rather than encompassing the insights of the entire enterprise.?
The headquarters and plants installed HanPrism to improve their operations. Although nearly 35% of the plants are geographically distant from the headquarters, the organization now easily collects and integrates all the data from each location’s server to improve the reliability and availability of valuable data. Collaboration is now much-improved thanks to HanPrism. Each site and headquarters can quickly search and retrieve data without impeding the server’s performance. With HanPrism’s superb analysis and visualization tools, the members can now share meaningful data whenever and wherever it’s needed. The data platform provides an optimal environment for collaboration with actionable intelligence.?
The university’s previous historian failed to keep up with the ever-changing technological environment. The legacy historian created unnecessary challenges with microgrid data archiving and loading speeds and incomplete and fragmented data, data analysis, and scalability. They also had data stored separately across multiple systems on offshore devices, so monitoring the plant in real-time and sharing information easily with others was difficult.?
The solution was replacing its historian with our data management software, HanPrism. HanPrism manages highly complex and extensive data without any loss or interruption, all while processing data faster and more precisely. Our professionals replaced the existing historian software with HanPrism entirely, including the preparation of the database, data migration, and installation. HanAra integrated three historian data systems for the chilling stations, power plant, steam generation units, building meters, and SCADA system into a single HanPrism server.?
With the implementation of HanPrism, HanAra provides the university with a centralized location for data. HanPrism simplified management and backup processes, eliminating redundant maintenance and support costs for multiple systems. HanPrism now provides the total data infrastructure for the site, continually collecting and storing equipment and building data in real-time.?
