8 年Priya , video is wonderful as always. Truly many a times we don't questions and ends up being trapped in our own assumptions and wrong perceptions. Trying getting clarity on negative comments by questioning helps to free our mind and improve in life. I believe it also require skill of active listening else we end up lost in our views

8 年Nice...but you know there are some really negative characters who are pretty convinced on their negative thoughts and try to influence(don't know if this is the right word) ur state of mind. Sometimes its difficult ignoring them and you need time to come out of their negative influence. How to handle them>
