Tricia Sibbons, Head of Partnerships and Engagement

ACTSA welcomes Tricia Sibbons as our Head of Partnerships and Engagement. Tricia will lead a small team of new staff focussed on our direct links across the region with civil society grassroots movements and organisations who are working to achieve their development goals.?

Tricia Sibbons is the 2020 recipient of the Archbishop of Cape Town’s Peace with Justice Award, and brings significant experience in development work across sub-Saharan Africa. She has served at executive and non-executive level in many small charities and led the start-up of others in the UK and in Southern Africa, focusing on creative, educational and entrepreneurial opportunities for youth. Her experience and interests include the intersections between arts and culture, social businesses, heritage and community health, and the potential for digital access to assist community driven change.
