America's Workforce in 2025

America's Workforce in 2025

Had the opportunity to go back home to Louisiana for holidays. The drive is boring, and after 6hrs of nothing but trees, and few 2Pac albums, you start having a lot to think about.

Reflected on just how grateful I am of my family’s deep roots in the workforce. Everyday, hard working people, who just like all other Americans were committed to doing what was necessary to provide for their families. People who couldn’t always give you everything but would give you what they could mixed with a lot of love. I truly believe that from factory floors to the boardrooms, from healthcare workers on the front lines to those keeping our schools, roads, and cities running smoothly, the American workforce serves as the driving force behind progress, innovation, and prosperity of our country. While society often attempts to place a divide between “white-collar” and “blue-collar” employees, the truth is that BOTH have value and need each other to thrive today.

These individuals all played vital role in my story and I honestly wouldn’t be the man or leader that I am today without them.

Leaders who guide decision-making within the workforce i.e. corporate executives, managers, etc. serve a vital role in steering companies through challenges and ensuring their teams are equipped to succeed inside and outside the workplace. I will be spending a major part of 2025 leading ecosystem leadership discussions, training, and research that equips executives within the workforce sector to not only lead employees but also lead people better.

People who have lives, stories, goals, and who are working to shape a new reality for their families.

People who may be raising the next generation of leaders.

People who deserve access to better high-wage high-demand jobs, better work-life balance, opportunities for upward mobility and entrepreneurship, and improved academic program offerings geared toward their success and career goals.

People who may be raising the next generation of leaders.

I am committed in 2025 to lead this important work as a

Son of a warehouse worker.

Grandson of a cafeteria worker.

Brother of military officers.

Nephew of a longshoreman and chef

Cousin of a security guard.

Nephew of a construction worker

Nephew of a nurse.

Nephew of hospitality workers.

A PROUD “son” of America’s workforce….
