A Tribute to Cat McGowan

Today, my heart is heavy as I reflect on the passing of a remarkable individual, Cat McGowan, one of my former employees, who fought a courageous battle with cancer. Receiving the news of her passing deeply saddened me and reminded me of the fragility of life.

In this journey, we are all given a beginning date, but eventually, we will reach our end date. What truly matters is how we fill the space in between—how we touch the lives of others, create memories, and leave a legacy of kindness, strength, and love.

Cat exemplified these qualities. She was more than just an employee; she was a dedicated professional, a compassionate soul, and someone who brought light to those around her. Her strength and determination, even in the face of immense challenges, were an inspiration to us all.

While her time with us has come to an end, her impact remains indelible. Let us honor her memory by embracing life fully, cherishing those we love, and striving to make a positive difference in the lives of others, just as Cat did.
