Triangle Land Conservancy is committed to working with individuals, businesses, and government partners to balance growth with open space preservation for the long-term sustainability and health of our local communities. ?

That is why we're excited to announce that TLC has achieved re-accredited by the Land Trust Accreditation Commission! It sends a message to our landowners and supporters that we remain committed to our goal of investing time, expertise, and resources to working with them and protecting important natural places and working lands in the Triangle region forever. ?This recognition is made even more special as we commemorate #TLCFoundersDay – celebrating the affirmation dedicated volunteers and community leaders made 39 years ago, and one that we still live by– connecting people with nature through land protection and stewardship, catalyzing community action, and collaboration. ?

Our voluntary re-accreditation shows TLC’s enduring promise of land and water protection in perpetuity and earns us a seal that demonstrates our fiscal accountability, strong organizational leadership, sound transactions, and long-lasting stewardship of protected lands. ?
