Strategic partnerships and expanding our global reach

In 2024 Trendspek expanded its partnerships to the northern hemisphere and beyond.

Our partnership programs – Alliance Partner Program, and Preferred Capture Provider network – establish mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners, such as engineering consultants and capture providers, who share our vision, including:

Osprey Integrity (CAN ????)

Osprey Integrity joined our Alliance Partner Program, developing robust programs and inspection reports for complex energy sites and industrial cients.

Delivering superior UAV and photogrammetry services, InView Assets strengthens our capabilities in the UK market.

New features to unlock new levels of asset condition insights

This year, Trendspek facilitated over 50,000 online site visits — driving significant efficiency gains across industries while delivering new insights into the condition of assets.

In total, we released over 70 software upgrades this year and launched 7 major ground-up new features to take asset reporting and management to the next level.

Inspecting underneath shipping wharves, university facades and 25km causeways

From historic landmarks to critical transport infrastructure, Trendspek continues to enable smarter, safer, and scalable asset management for clients across the globe.

Our software supported a wide range of industries and applications this year, including:

Digital Innovation in The Middle East

We supported digital-led structural assessments of the King Fahd Causeway, the 25km key link between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in partnership with Applus+ , Egis in the Middle East and VSL Middle East .

Smarter Management of Higher Education Assets

We completed a comprehensive portfolio of 100+ buildings across the 澳大利亚悉尼大学 's Camperdown campus, enabling a truly industry-first asset management program.

Using unique, integrated data capture, we've enabled leading port organisations to perform comprehensive condition assessments of 24/7 shipping wharf infrastructure, including hard-to-reach areas beneath the wharves.

Awards and Events

This year, our commitment to innovation earned us awards and recognition, including winning the Most Innovative PropTech Scaleup at the 2024 Proptech Association Australia Awards, selected by a panel of over 40 industry judges.

We were also proud to made strides with ARIAM Research Hub, presenting our findings alongside Prof. Donald Dansereau James Gray in 3D Reconstruction of Reflective and Textureless Regions. This research which will pave the way for more robust reconstructions for challenging material types, such as glass facades.

We also attended the Taronga Ventures Technology Delegation with the UAE Embassy in December, to further activate the RealTech market in the UAE.
