The year 2020 just started and we feel excited for this year. What do we expect for the year 2020 in business?
- Innovation - There is a great push for everybody to innovate. Companies nationally and globally are all into different types of #innovation. The only thing permanent now is #change. Our advise to everybody is to review your current situation and see how you can contribute to innovate yourself, your team, your company, and your environment.
- Artificial intelligence - Artificial intelligence will be more important than ever in today's #business. You see these in the retail industry like #Walmart and #Amazon, in the fast food industry like #McDonald. Artificial intelligence comes in different forms which shall be a separate discussion for all of us. Watch out for more companies #hiring in the artificial intelligence in the technical field and #management. The use of #technology in various sectors shall be a key point for companies to consider implementing in their way of doing #business.
- Labor shortage - With the current unemployment rate hovering between 3% to 3.5%, expect to experience a labor shortage in various industry. The the #construction industry, there are a limited number of qualified #job seekers at the current time. Expect companies to be more creative to retain and #hire new personnel.
- Production efficiency - With the current labor shortage, expect companies to be more keen in achieving higher production efficiency in many fields especially in the #manufacturing sector.
- Digital marketing - In today's market, #digitalmarketing is the current trend in #marketing and #networking. People and companies market themselves in different ways in today's digital world in addition to the traditional way of doing business. Try to explore the ways on how to tap your market.
