?trends I see coming for the coaching industry. ?
We must first realise that the coaching industry has evolved in the past few years.
No longer are people influenced in the way they were 3,4,5 years ago. .
People aren’t out there ‘looking for a coach’ with best personality with the boldest message and loudest voice winning.
It’s not a competition.
Yes, people are looking for coaching (as a means to get their desired result)
And it isn’t the only way they are looking to get their desired result. .
Remember this and you’ll do well with your marketing. .
#1: People are looking for a solution to their problem. .
The easiest way to stand out now in the coaching industry: be customer driven and solution focused.
Focus your marketing efforts on your ideal clients and what they need and together you’ll win.
#2: our industry must evolve and focus more on collaboration than competition.
Uniting and working together using our gifts to serve humanity together, rather than creating even more separation. .
Changing up the way the industry operates from a whole bunch of solo operations, to creating teams of coaches, with integrity, aiming to change the world together.
It’s what I’m committed to creating.
A platform where we as coaches can all thrive together.
So you don’t need to spend so long searching for clients and can instead focus on doing what you do best: serving people and transforming lives. .
The way the industry has been operating isn’t working anymore.
This is no longer an industry of cowboys.
Solopreneurship, needs to turn to collaborate teams and quick. .
Are you feeling my vibes? Feeling like something is amiss with this industry?
Do you believe, like I do that coaching is a beautiful skill and gift, when executed effectively?
.And know it might be time to do things a little differently in the way we market and deliver this gift to the world?
I’d love to hear your thoughts.
Much Love, Melanie O'Connor xoxo
