Watch out for Rising Costs (competition may grow, but inefficiency and inflation will hurt)

No Clinician wakes up with an Intent to Not make you Healthy or Not to Cure you

Clinicians are also Human Beings and are dealing with not being treated like Gods of Yesterday

Always get a Second Opinion for Surgery (or a serious procedure) – it is your right

Look after your Body – it is your only Lifelong Asset and Companion

For the Regulator

Regulation seldom trumps Market Forces or Goodwill

Improved Safety Standards and Accreditation are your way to your Continued Health in Office

Not all Hospitals are Equal – the biggest or brightest marketed are not necessarily the best for your populations and communities

Not all Payors are Good Providers…just as Providers seldom really make Good Payors

Common Sense is still Common Sense (yet may actually be quite Rare) – Please don’t bash an industry that may someday need to save you or your loved ones

For the Clinician

Competition is Real – deal with it – especially from Dr Google (as well as Dr Alexa and Dr Siri and…)

More Multi-Disciplinary and Inter-Disciplinary (rather than Technologically Disciplinary)

Value Based Healthcare will help the Fittest (and Best) Survive

More Customer Face-time rather than EMR or Machine Face-time (else robots will move in quicker)

Customer is QUEEN and KING…please treat them like royalty and family…
