As a part of the national agenda, smart technologies are being implemented more widely in Government organizations. This is also happening in the private sector. In an effort to increase efficiency and effectiveness, organizations are constantly striving to improve the customer and employee experience, across various functions.
To support digital transformation in the workplace, HR executives identified three main areas: the workforce's ability to adopt new solutions, an organization's capacity to embrace disruption, and institutional capacity to adopt initiatives.

Hired, third party and Contract manpower supplies: Faced with tight headcount controls, employers are increasingly turning to freelancing, or part time workers for maximum flexibility, either themselves or through agents. Integrating these mobile workers into your business can present a unique set of challenges.

Greater Mobility: with growing business, employees became interested in short-term assignments abroad, or relocate to other facilities, to make use of additional benefits of remote locations working. Employees became more interested in switching jobs within a company in order to build their resumes.

New employees need to understand how to use this access to information to help them do their jobs. You will find that job descriptions are affected by this trend, and you cannot afford to ignore its impact, especially in hiring and training.
Growing and merge: The trend towards Growing Organization has also accelerated the trend to Specialized HR practitioners. HR practitioner has to be unique. This means that the firm must qualify dedicated teams to be involved in hiring, compensation, benefits, compliance with laws affecting employees in the workplace and health, and safety issues. However, to improve sustainability, such diversification of tasks requires individuals with strong organizational skills who can quickly shift from project to project and topic to topic without becoming overwhelmed.
