Our patient C, a man of 78 years, was dissatisfied with his GP's diagnosis when he consulted him with diabetes, circulatory problems and a swollen foot. His mobility and associated quality of life was at a very low level. He commented to us that he was unable to clean his flat and meet his friends; and that he had became disillusioned with the GP's diagnosis when prescribed antibiotics which we presume the GP prescribed as a preventative measure against infection. It was an effort for C to drive to his Strannik consultation because his swollen foot made this a painful and difficult task. He heard about Montague Healthcare and arranged a Strannik consultation and test.
He completed a course of Strannik Virtual Scanning Light therapy over a 6 month period. After several days/weeks his blood sugar levels were stabilised; his mobility was steadily improved i.e. the swelling in his foot declined; and his energy levels were much improved.
The last time that we met C was in a local shopping centre where he was doing his shopping. We chatted to him and then left him to complete his shopping.
The cost of his treatment - involving two Strannik consultations and two courses of Strannik Light Therapy - was £285.
